Welcome to OneAlgo AI. By accessing or using our platform, courses, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course or using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, enrolling, or accessing any course or service offered by OneAlgo AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them. OneAlgo AI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Course Enrollment & Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials as specified in your selected batch. Course access is granted to the individual registrant only and is non-transferable. OneAlgo AI reserves the right to modify course content, timelines, or batch schedules with reasonable prior notice. Access to live sessions is subject to your batch schedule. Recordings may be made available at the discretion of OneAlgo AI.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in full before accessing course content. OneAlgo AI uses Razorpay as its payment gateway and does not store your payment card details. In the event of a payment failure, you must retry the transaction. Early-bird and promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period and batch. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, assignments, notes, and resources provided by OneAlgo AI are the exclusive intellectual property of OneAlgo AI and its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, record, share, resell, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit written permission from OneAlgo AI.
Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, plagiarism, or any disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund. You must not share course credentials, recordings, or materials with any third party. OneAlgo AI reserves the right to remove any student who violates this code of conduct at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
OneAlgo AI provides educational content on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or career results. While we offer placement support, we do not guarantee employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneAlgo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
Placement Support
Where placement support is included in your enrolled course, OneAlgo AI will make reasonable efforts to connect you with potential employers and provide resume, interview, and career guidance. Placement support is conditional on your active participation, completion of coursework, and adherence to our code of conduct. OneAlgo AI does not guarantee job placement and placement outcomes may vary based on individual performance and market conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
