At OneAlgo AI, we are committed to providing high-quality AI and technology education. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Before Course Commencement
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the batch start date, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund.
After Batch Start — Within 7 Days
If you have enrolled but have not accessed any course content (videos, live sessions, or downloadable materials), you may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of the batch start date.
After Content Access
Once you have accessed course content — including attending live sessions, watching recorded videos, or downloading materials — cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Batch Transfer
As an alternative to cancellation, you may request a one-time batch transfer to the next available batch of the same course, subject to availability and a batch transfer fee of ₹500.
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Full refunds are applicable if: (a) you cancel before the batch start with 48+ hours' notice, or (b) you have not accessed any course content within 7 days of enrollment.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued once course content has been accessed, after 7 days from the batch start date, for no-shows or inactivity, or for any supplementary materials, certificate fees, or add-on services.
Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergency with documentation), OneAlgo AI may at its sole discretion consider a partial refund or course credit. Such requests must be raised within 14 days of enrollment.
Technical Failures
If a technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing course content for more than 72 consecutive hours and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund or batch transfer.
Early Batch Pricing
Non-Transferable Discount
Early-bird pricing is locked at the time of payment and is non-transferable to other batches or courses. If you transfer to a later batch, the pricing applicable to that batch will apply and any difference must be paid.
Promotional Offers
Courses purchased under promotional discounts, scholarship programs, or coupon codes follow the same refund eligibility criteria but the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Send an email to contact@onealgo.tech with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]". Include your registered email address, phone number, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation.
Step 2 — Verification
Our team will verify your enrollment details and course access records within 2 business days and communicate the eligibility of your refund request.
Step 3 — Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
